Graubünden forscht – The Young Researchers Convention is organized by the Graduate School Graubünden and will take place at the Congress Centre Davos from September 23 to 24, 2020. If you are a PhD student, master student, fellow or postdoc this is your opportunity to present your research face-to-face to researchers from your own discipline and other disciplines. The best presentations will receive a scientific award and prize money.
“Graubünden forscht” provides a stage for early career scientists to present their latest research. The Graduate School Graubünden is inviting all member and partner institutions of Academia Raetica as well as the research institutions from the neighboring cantons and regions, St. Gallen, Liechtenstein, South Tyrol and Tyrol. We accept abstracts in the natural sciences, medical sciences, engineering, information science, humanities and on interdisciplinary topics. The conference encourages the scientific and personal exchange of scientists, between different institutions, disciplines, and across national borders.
The supporting program will include a keynote lecture, a workshop and a fun social activity. As an important part of the conference dinner the Graduate School Graubünden will honor researchers who have recently completed their doctorate in collaboration with an institution of Academia Raetica in an award ceremony. They will receive a certificate for academic excellence.
